    Can it be any better...

    Fantastic unit. Can't imagine my first roasting experience could have been any easier or more satisfying. I needed to get some parts. Gene Cafe sells all the parts for these on the website. Great support when I emailed some questions. Not hoping mine fails but if it does, beyond repair, I will not hesitate to buy again.

    Gene roaster

    Amazing product! Self-explanatory looking at the machine in how to use it. You will love it. very powerful and I suggest you drop the temp to 300s; Starting off with more length in your time for a smoother taste for an espresso. Keep an eye before the sec crack. The machine cools the beans for you, but it takes a few secs extra to kick in. Learning machine timing will help you roast a smoother tasting batch.
