Very useful product
Very good for catching spiders and insects on the wall but is no good for those on ceiling as door won't shut. You have to take great care when turning the catcher to close the door that the insect etc does not get its legs trapped. I have used the product several times now and it is really good, just catch the insect and go and let in free outside hassle free Just wish the longer handled one had been an option as this would have been better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Too small
I previously had one of these from a different supplier which was great. Unfortunately, I didn't check the size of this item (not sure if it was listed but I never thought to look). This is similar in style but it is tiny in comparison. It is not easy to use. Unfortunately, the spider's legs easily get trapped, as it is so small, so I wouldn't actually call it humane. Catches insects and spiders without damaging them. This is a great invention but you do need to take care when closing the door once the insect is caught, because it's easy to catch the poor thing's legs or body in it, which defeats the purpose. Good to have around when faced with 8 legged beasties! Could do with a design tweak as very small bugs can escape under the sliding door whilst you're closing it, as it isn't quite flush against the wall. That wasn't an issue for the giant one we caught recently who barely fit in the catcher!! Maybe best thing I have brought
I now feel a lot more confident when I see a spider that it will soon be gone & I don't have to touch it. So easy to use just place it over spider & push door shut. Does the job.
I have used to catch spiders, bees and wasps. Handle could be a little longer but easy to use. Don’t be too rough or it will break. I like it as I can remove creepy crawlies safely.

Very useful. Had one before . Does a good job with spider catching and bees. No damage to the insect and then can take outside to release into the garden. Great product but not long enough.
I had one of these before which got broke, it was much longer and you could reach the ceiling corners with it. When these arrived I thought there was pieces missing as automatically thought would be same length as old one.
