It is what you see in the photo, and it inflates and stays inflated. A neck pillow doesn't have a great deal to go wrong. All I would say is the valve requires you to bite it as you blow to get past the non-return feature, and to deflate you have to pinch and roll the valve as you squeeze the pillow. I'm going to drill out the non-return flap inside the valve, i think, so it's not such an effort. For the money it's ok, but there are others on the market that may not need this 'mod'.

Very good quality, great price and just what was needed. Delivery just a bit slow otherwise would have given 5 star rating.

Having bought three of these, one for myself and two for friends, we all agree, once inflated they're very comfortable. They're very useful for train, coach and plane travel as the seat design often supports the head, but not the neck - these fill the gap.

It's a simple but comfortable and as described inflatable pillow, very easy to travel with it as it can fit in the smallest bag. I also use it when relaxing in my bath tub and is super comfy!!!
