You need to be 'ready' to absorb the information id say, but it's very very good I think she's inspirational and funny with it. A great mix.

Excellent delivery of book giving insight into how to face failure and use it in a positive manner. Christianity has long seen the value of forgiveness, and we see this from a different angle as Brown handles shame in such a way that it can lead to a positive approach to life. Value yourself.
I first came across Brene Brown from one of the TEDtalks that she did which went viral on YouTube. It s about shame, something that. I hadn't really been interested in but then being a health professional, it was something that I had to deal with and to help others deal and cope with. Brene Brown has a very simple way of talking and writing and engaging the reader or listener with her, and what she says makes sense. She writes just as she talks and she explains things in a smile yet honest way, and she draws not only from her research but also from her own life experience. This is probably the first book about a subject that is quite delicate and hard to get my head around full, that I have been able to sit and read, and think yep, I get that, I can understand that, and it is not full of quotes of hightly intellectual people that I won't be able to understand there are quotes yeah, but written in the Brene Brown style. I would buy this books gain and I have recommended it to friends and colleagues It's definitely worth a read, but if you are 2 minds about not knowing Brene Brown, then look her up on YouTube and listen to one of the talks........... The book is done in the same way. Brene brown comes across, to me as a very simple easy Tom understand person and what she says makes sense . Read the book you will learn a lot from this.Read full review
