This is an excellent piece of kit. I am 5.10 and11 stone and it has plenty of adjustment to go smaller or much larger. Very well constructed and comfortable. Bought this to slate a roof and feel really safe using it. Had planned to sell it when I was finished, however like it so much am going to keep it in case I ever have further use for it. You only fall once from a height and whilst the fall is not a problem, the landing can be a bit dodgy. This kit will let you avoid the landing bit! This is a very well made harness which actually has 3 secure attachment rings, 1 either side at the waist and the third in the middle of the harness at shoulder blade level. The quality of the stitching is very good and the harness provides a level of confidence in it's safety that you don't get with harnesses that don't have the strapping across the chest.
