This product is a new generation Iron and greatly absorbs with additionally intake of vitamin C together. Thorne Iron Bisglycinate are formed in the small capsules which is very easy to swallow.

Not happy
Got these as unable to tolerate iron tablets as horrid side effects!! As a result have hives & itching constantly. Thought these may help? Obviously not.
