10 cm duralex ramequin
I use these for freezing meal portions, casserole beef of chicken, so I get approximately 8 meals from a 1.5 kg chicken, Dish up hot, cool, bag, chill, freeze. Then take out freezer the day before needed to the fridge. couple of minutes in microwave is hot enough. no need to over heat as I cooked it, I know its safe and could eat it cold, These are a bit bigger than most shop ones so less chance to spill ! Duralex used to be very tough, I expect these to be same, not broken one, yet !
