Quiet, effective
I purchased a Palit GTX1050Ti for my home theater PC, based on its supposed quiet fan. Unfortunately, the Palit is not silent. I purchased this Arctic Accelero L2 Plus heatsink/fan to replace the stock heatsink/fan. The downside is that you lose a PCI slot due to the new width of the card. The upside is that the home theater PC is now silent, and the graphics card temp is well within healthy limits. An expensive, but well worthwhile, upgrade.
