Good lip softener and gentle plumper
While I did not notice a hugely dramatic difference in plumpness of my lips it definitely provides some and makes my lips really soft - I have thin and very chapped lips and this works better than anything else I have tried to add a little temporary fullness but especially helps with the chapped lips. It doesn't have any stinging sensation like most lip plumpers do. I buy it regularly because it works better than any of the other expensive lip moisturizers I have tried. Not worth the money

It is a good moisturizer.
I have very dry lips and this has helped moisten them. I put a lip stain over it for color as a regular lipstick does not stay on. Lip stain is very drying and City Lips has helped in this situation. I haven't noticed any plumpness, but the moisturizing effects is worth using this product. This product makes my lips look fabulous, no matter how terrible they look.
My lips are as dry as the Sahara. constantly exfoliating, and very chapped to the point that the skin on my lips peels off in different layers---and the edges of my lips are crusty and pieces of it flake off and dangle from my lips, hanging with 1 little cell still attached. Gross! I was at my wit's end when I tried this product. I just thickly applied it to my ugly chapped lips and crusty edges. When I checked them in the mirror even moments later, I couldn't believe my eyes! My lips looked moist and plump---Wow! A short time later, I gently wiped off the product, and along with it the chapped, dry skin and crustiness came of, too! I put on lipstick to give me some color, and off I went smiling with my beautiful new lips! The best ever!
