Completes the 2016 Subaru Forester speaker upgrade
I had purchased and installed the Subaru Forester Kicker 4 speaker upgrade in the doors and wasn't satisfied with the sound improvement over the OEM speakers that came in the car. Don't get me wrong - there was significant improvement over the stock speakers. But something was lacking, so I bought the Kicker tweeter upgrade kit. I was able to install them in less than10 minutes. It couldn't have been easier. While there are other, more costly speaker upgrades that might produce audiophile quality sound, these tweeters give a nice improvement in sound quality. A little fiddling with the graphic equalizer yielded nice, clear high notes, good (not muddled) midrange and solid base response. I would recommend these tweeters and the door speaker upgrade together. The Kicker upgrade is tough to beat for an easy, economical "factory fit" improvement in sound quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fix your Forester sound system!
Wow....WOW. What a HUGE difference in my 2018 Forester Premium. Took about 5 minutes to install these....if you are NOT mechanically inclined these will take you about 10 min. Seriously, its a simple upgrade to enhance you stock stereo system. I was planning to replace ALL 6 speakers with the Kicker upgrade kit....but honestly.....this tweeter kit makes such a huge improvement I dont think I will replace the other 4 speakers. So much value!
I recently installed the Pioneer AVH-4200NEX headunit on my 2016 WRX and that made the sound a million times better! These fit 2016+ Toyota Tacoma as well
These made a drastic change in sound quality in my 2017 Tacoma. Yes, I know these are for Subaru but they are a direct replacement for the 3rd gen Tacoma. Great drop in upgrade
This is technically a Subaru part, but also happens to fit 3rd Gen Tacomas perfectly as a direct drop in/plug and play replacement. Huge improvement in sound quality over the factory paper cone tweeters. Highly recommend.

AWESOME addition to my 16' Tacoma
