Light but poor design
Nice & light build, adequate for mounting lightweight fittings/pars but a poor design as regards the fixing thumbscrew. It is far too big & cannot be easily adjusted with a fitting pre-mounted. Restricts movement or rotating any fittings when in situ. If you want a cheap mounting bracket then go for it but be aware.
