Patchouli oil lovers....
I've been searching for a patchouli perfume that I could wear instead of my "go to" patchouli oil. This is the first perfume that truly fills your senses with that same traditional feeling that the oil does, however just a little different. It's a bit lighter that an oil, but so intoxicating. I am hopeful that when I am wearing it, it is more tolerable to the patchouli "haters" who make comments about the oil. My husband loves it on me! This is still very earthy, without the sometimes damp (mildew) odor that an oil can hold when you first apply. It isn't something that needs time to settle, and smells fantastic right out of the bottle. I LOVE THIS PERFUME! Expensive, but so worth it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Beautiful scent but fades quickly and is overpriced!
I would have given the scent five stars except that the scent of Patchouli Absolu, although wonderful, fades very fast. Is it a good value? Questionable at almost $500 per bottle. Plus, I have read that Mr. ford is about to discontinue the scent. I have been trying to stock up without taking ALL the food from my table!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
