Great for keeping odds-and-ends; I haven't confined myself to putting threads in them!
It's an absolute FAFF transferring all the threads on to the cardboard or plastic holders... In the end I resorted to putting the different colours into different compartments as I feel life's too short to wind thread round and round those plastic / paper holders!
