I have bought a number of these to replace locks where my tenants have mysteriously lost all the keys. Oddly the first one I fitted was faulty and the plastic bit that retracts when you press the button doesn’t retract far enough and therefore won’t open. Six subsequent ones have been ok. Expect to have to saw down the spindle which is a pain whilst you try not to scratch the locks surface. Wrap the body up in cloth first. Also double check whether you need a left or right hand one. I would suggest getting a left or right handed one rather than the universal straight one that opens both ways because there is better hand room on the cranked ones.
