I bought this used from a professional photographer who has been all over the world with it and taken some really good pictures with it. It had a broken screen when i got it off him which was replaced and it mostly works fine with a few niggles. I like the build quality of the main body of the camera which is magnesium alloy with dust seals but the tilting screen could be a bit more robuslty made, its in a very flimsy plastic frame. Picture quality is fantastic but the endless menus go on for ever and take a lot of working out. i have found this with all Olympus models, the digital Pen's are the same. The small flash is very fiddly to fit, it doesn't just go onto the hotshoe but into a small socket on the back as well. Very difficult with the eyepiece rubber attached. Its useful for most things, better than nothing. The battery life is good, it's in a seperate compartment to the SD card which is great. The camera needs more of a grip, which of course Olympus will sell you at a price.... Olympus lenses are too expensive, but the Panasonic 14mm pancake was great on this, as it doesn't have built in stabilisation. Not really recommended for beginners, but pros love it as a smaller option to a big hulking SLR. Nice quiet shutter, good screen and even better EVF, better than Panasonic for this.Read full review
