I have had the headset for a few weeks now and in the main very good. The device is good and comfortable to wear. The problems are as follows: The ear piece does not physically connect to the headset very well and does fall off quite easily. This is frustrating as you can get caught short when trying to take a call. The second issue is it only has usb charging and oils no good when laptop turned off. Regards Jim green
