    Great product for baking and ice creams

    My Sinkers have never tasted so good. This gives a lovely depth of flavour and you only need a little to flavour your cake mixture so it goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this flavouring for baking and it also serves to give a great punch in home made rum and raisin ice cream but unsure on the brewing front.
