Just seemed like an ordinary cloth that probably was impregnated at one point but it just did not work. Instructions said wet half of it and user other dry half to polish - didn't work either. I've gone back to Brasso. It may be that the one I received had been in storage for too long. The cloth was not in a sealed bag inside I think that is what makes the impregnation evaporate after a while. Save your money.

I gave 4 stars because I don't find this as effective as my Goddards Silver cleaning cloth which I use for my silver. It's reasonably good, but not excellent. I use it between thorough cleaning of my brass objects , when I use Goddards Long Term brass and copper polish.

Good product, though takes plenty of elbow grease. Doesn't work as well as braso or other treatments but for basic cleaning of small items it works well. You get a good size piece of cloth and it should be stored in a plastic bag.

So easy to keep brass and copper looking good all the time with a rub with the cloth every week

I have found this product to be no use at all for polishing brass ! I was very disappointed . Had to buy brasso , that did the job .
