It is new, because when I look in the lid, you can tell none has ever been taken out of it, but it doesn’t look 100% full in the bottle as you can see. If you look through the pictures, I’ve put my finger at the fill line. Not sure if they just didn’t fill this one up as much as normal, or if maybe some spilled out.

Bath and Body has discontinued Plumeria ...My favorite fragrance and lotion.
It is no longer available at Bath and Body.I have worn it for over 20 years and am very disappointed that it has been discontinued.
