Depressed? I Call these my Happy Pills! Try It, IT WORKS!
My shrink recommended Sam-e to me years ago.I started taking Nature Made and was able to stop taking Anti depressants! My doctor also told me to get any "real" benefit from them I needed to take 1600 mg a day. That is 4 Double strength=400mg ea a day. May seem a bit costly but The benefits out weigh the costs! It takes awhile for Sam-E to build up in your body before you start feeling the effects. You MUST give it time to build up in your system! Oh Man when that feeling kicks in WOW I feel the difference!! The Gloom and doom disappears and I have actually found myself walking around feeling like whistling a tune!! Now that is normally not me! I have a tendency to be a procrastinator and dread everything I have to do in a day but taking Sam-E gives you a whole different outlook on your day! You actually enjoy doing things and look forward to each task at hand! Something else I found interesting, I tried another brand once when I couldn't find Nature Made and it didn't do anything for me! All SAMe are not the same. Nature Made is a very good one. Been taking SAMe for years for my knees. Worked when no other supplement or combinations even came close to stopping the pain. I attribute the cartilage repair also to SAMe. Takes time and take on an empty stomach. This price at eBay is the best. I usually get mine from Costco, but this seller beat that price. Good but expensive, needs higher mg option and vitamin b added
