Well it works for Me, best product I've used, and also I will be ordering them again. I don't find I'm as hungry as I use to be. Me and my partner tried these for one month, im 84kg and my partner is on slimming world and has hit a wall. At the end of the month i stayed the same and my partner lost about 4lb. For these to really work well i think you would need to eat a calory restricted diet and excercise, but you would lose weight without taking these so are they just a placebo? One thing is certain and that is the energy boost they give you (probably the caffeine). Personally i think i would be better off drinking green tea and taking guarana supplements for energy which is just missing out the bitter orange. Felt no difference
It states to take one tablet early in the morning as it will boost energy levels then after your body gets used to them usually after a week start taking two tablets. But taking one tablet I didn't feel any affect at all so on my second day I took two tablets and still didnt feel any different. Not satisfied at all , these are surely not orignal pills.
Bought three packets , The package for capsules does not looks original/genuine or not similar as advertised . Have used it soon two months. already finished with second plastic bag. I see not a single kilo down. I do gym 4 times a week , mostly cardio and light weight lifting. Two years ago , i lost 26kg of weight in 6 months by using local fat burners i bought from Gym shop and doing some good training. I normally do not do negative comments until i am sure about something. This works well as an appetite suppressant, and gives me more staying power when I’m running. Definitely don’t use it late in the afternoon as it really does cause sleeplessness. for me this product gives me a boost in the morning. Can't say it has helped me lose weight but it does act like a pick me up.
