Great for energy!
I use these B-12's for energy. Personally I take 2 twice a day. I have up to 30 different illnesses and conditions with which 4 of them alone cause a chronic fatique syndrome. I have to find ways of getting enough energy in my each day, to be able to get out of bed and accomplish anything. I do protein shakes and I use these B-12's. They are very helpful. I've bought several other brands of "sublingual" B12 tablets, all of which claim to rapidly dissolve under the tongue. However, they were not sublingual nor quick-dissolving!
