Okay BUT, big BUT
It's not leather which is the biggest disappointment. No-where on ebay will you find this model of chair in leather, they simply don't make them - they are all synthetic. I checked. On questioning I was told it was 'bonded leather' before them conceding it was neither and i was told to ponder what I might expect for the price. It's a shame because had they worded the title and ad differently I would still have bought it and been jolly happy. It's comfortable and well made and reclines a little, the massage feature is excellent and has a variety of programs; the cables do tend to dangle a little - it means one tends to unplug it from the wall when a simple spring return would solve the problem ( i ordered a sprung key ring to simplify the issue) . Terrible Wheels!!!
Have had the chair less then a month, used it about 4 times and have had 2 of the wheels fail! the chair it's self is nice and comfy but the wheels need revising, until then i would not recommend this to anybody at all. also, it does not massage, it vibrates! very big difference.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent for the price
Ordered chair Thursday afternoon came Friday afternoon free postage impressed straight away Massage features really good with high and low intensity high is pretty powerful. Instructions poor but all bolts same size so not difficult to put together supplied with hexagon key,will require a pair of grips or spanner for just one bolt only My only criticism is that they stuck a sticker on back of chair and it took me longer to get the grime off the leather than it did to assemble it apart from that ace buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good for gadget and value lovers
If you like gadgets as I do then this is the chair for you, sitting at the computer has never been so comfortable, nice warmed seat and back and a back massage as well if you feel like it, adjustable in most directions. I have had this chair for about 2 weeks and so far I am delighted with it, reasonably priced and delivered in 2 days. Overall a good product.
The chair arrived with its massage control unit missing and its power supply unit broken (in transit, I would guess). However, the suppliers sent me replacements for both these items by the next post so no problem there. The chair is very comfortable and the massage units function OK but I would say they are more of a gimmick than of practical use. However, I would warn anyone thinking of buying this chair that it is supplied in bits and does require significant assembly. If you are not fairly practically minded and reasonably physically fit, you may need to get someone else to assemble it for you. I was recovering from a broken arm when the chair arrived and my left arm was therefore not very strong! I had considerable difficulty assembling the chair!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good office chair
Very good, wide, sturdy, comfy chair. Only giving 4 stars as it says it's a massage chair so I thought it will have those little moving balls built in but it basically just vibrates that doesn't do much for you just feels weird . Pro's. Good quality leather, extremely comfortable, adjustable back, variety of massage programmes available via the remote controller. All works perfectly. Would not look out of place in the directors office. Con's. Poor instructions. Small leaflet supplied with out of focus illustrations and tiny type. Well what can I say in nice to sit in not to hard or soft just right it massages in the right place the thigh ones don't work that good unless you got it on high setting the box was a little damaged but everythings ok to say its from china its good quality not some cheap crap, But this chair is the bomb it tilts back and reclines what more could you ask from a chair oh and it heats up as well so on them cold days at least you can have a warm a*sVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good for what it is, a cheap mass-produced chair.
Relatively straightforward to assemble, no bits missing, but the diagram and instructions could definitely be clearer. Plenty of support for a 19 stone person, all the massage functions work correctly. It IS a bit creaky! Plus there is a lingering smell of coal-tar or creosote when I sit down!
