A good product very clear on the work out programs that this product can do very informative clear instruction I have the disc 2, the work out programs are aimed at the disk 1 this is not a problem it is the vibrapower disc 2 I have a newer model the body work out programs are the same .I am very pleased with this product and looking forward to getting back into shape this year.
