Sub standard rubbish. Very poor
Fitted the lock, which fitted well. After a couple of operations with the key, the key snapped in the barrel of the lock. Had to break in to my own caravan! After getting in touch with the seller, there was no compromise with trying to resolve this issue. I was told I forced or misused the lock to cause it to fail. I've been using locks and keys for a very long time now on many different applications. To be told in a back handed way that I didn't use a key properly I found very insulting. Cheap for of security
