Overall, a good buy. Very pleased with it.
It is quick to brew, makes lovely coffee, pours well, it is easy to clean and was a reasonable price. There are just two criticisms: The keep-warm facility turns off automatically after you have poured out a cup and you have to remember to switch it back on again and it then only stays on for 40 minutes. After that you have to through the percolating process all over again, if you haven't used all the brewed coffee and you want another cup! Also, the filter in the basket is too coarse and lets too many of the coffee grains through into the coffee. Fortunately, the basket from our old percolator fits the new one so we did a swap and we don't have any more coffee grounds in our mugs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bit of a disappointment
Good seller on eBay… product looks good, brews quickly and keeps coffee hot . I bought this as a back up for my espresso machine , the idea was that you get more quantity and quicker. I wasn’t expecting the same quality as my machine. However no matter how I tried both with pre ground and grinding my own beans at different settings , all I was getting out was little more than coloured water. Easy to use for a great coffee
First off, I made a 6cup to see how it works ..It was fine with Kwanzaa med although producing a great coffee I felt the buzz for half a day and it my normal coffee too. I will measure to coffee better and water better next time. The electric bit is so easy and the process takes around 5 minutes. Cleaning could be considered a gaffe but then if you have any other kind of coffee brewer then it's no different, just have a bin for wet coffee and a sink to quick swill/wash for the next one.I did take a photo but it looks the same as the advert with a mug instead of a cup😎Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

An efficient coffee percolator
