I am really pleased with these coffee filters. They arrived in a box which at the time I thought was a little weird and also inconvenient as needed to be in for the delivery, however because they were in a box they were shaped and fit better into my Klarstein coffee maker.

I tried these filters to make kefir cheese. Excellent results. Pour the strained kefir milk into the filter strain overnight in the fridge - all the whey is filtered out leaving kefir cheese in the filter. The whey can then be used for other things, nothing is wasted.
