This is not in any way a product for people with EXTREME hyperhidrosis. Is probably for someone with a secondary hyperhidrosis or mild hyperhidrosis. It may help you but it won't prevent sweating. If it work for someone that means one have mild symptoms. I'm sweating even if I'm stationary and my "HH" made even "the best" antiperspirants on the market looking very poorly or they just didn't seems to work at all.
