Never tastes like a diet !
This is a great, no nonsense cook book, much like the guys come across themselves. Would have liked a few more sweet things, but that's not the idea of a diet. The dishes are varied and easy to size down for two people or freeze well if you make the full quantity. Recipes are simple to use. So many mouth watering meals to choose from. Eat the amount stated and lose weight. What more could you possibly want? I have bought the series, excellent recipes which are working for us. Only one criticism, the qty each recipe serves. There are only two of us and breaking down a recipe to serve 2 is sometimes difficult, some ingredients are then negligible! There is only so much room in the freezer! Therefore I have to pick and choose to adapt weight rather than try all!
