This is a great, no nonsense cook book, much like the guys come across themselves. Would have liked a few more sweet things, but that's not the idea of a diet. The dishes are varied and easy to size down for two people or freeze well if you make the full quantity. The couple I have tried taste amazing and will be a great incentive to stick with for life.

I have bought the series, excellent recipes which are working for us. Only one criticism, the qty each recipe serves. There are only two of us and breaking down a recipe to serve 2 is sometimes difficult, some ingredients are then negligible! There is only so much room in the freezer! Therefore I have to pick and choose to adapt weight rather than try all! What recipe I have tried has been excellent perhaps they could do a set of books for two as well as the 3s, 6s ?
