Good product at a good price.
Used severeal times so far and feel comfortable to use and you feel safe while hanging upside down. I've used them on the bar with my Smith machine as I have used the side supports to extract myself from the bar after hanging or doing crunches. You'll be knackered and find it difficult to reach up to the bar without some kind of external assistance. Inversion boots
Inversion boots arrived well packaged with a reasonable delivery time. I've inverted myself 3 times now and started sit ups with no problems. The boots look well constructed and have thick foam padding but i have been using them with thick boot socks and trainers on get a nice tight fitting. I've seen reviews about the foam coming away from the metal plate after so much use with similar types of inversion boots,hopefully these boots are made well enough to last to longer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
