Incorrectly advertised - if you have a 1inch (25mm) umbrella pole this will not work.
Product is incorrectly advertised as "1 inch hole universal umbrella" as the pipe section is 1inch (25mm) external diameter with the actual hole obviously smaller and no good to take the universal 1 inch (25mm) umbrella pole that I have. I gave it one star because the design allowing you to use your foot and bodyweight means it should last longer that hammering in with a rubber mallet. But currently trying to source a 1inch (25mm) INTERNAL diameter pipe to connect this product to my pole, but if I can't find one this will be going back.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good product - beware of the sharp spikes.
Good service and a brilliant bit of kit for the price. Easier to get into the ground that the single central pole of my brolly and keeps it more stable. My only issue is that the spikes are very sharp and I injured myself on the second time I used it by stabbing myself in the finger. I accept this was my own fault - I should have been more careful - but it might be an idea to develop some sort of cap that will go over the spikes when not in use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
