Got the job done with three people, stopping to unclog it periodically
The item did not work as described in the video. It required one person to hold it and one person to use the pusher and one person to crank it. I would not buy this product again. I would switch to a metal one next time I needed to grind liver. It did not lock to the counter or wood block. It did get the job done with three person and clean up is probably easier than some metal meat grinders that are manually operated. The reason the score is a three is due to easy clean up. It did not break when grinding coarse meat which pork liver is so it passed the "tough meat" test requiring us to stop and remove ligaments that were clogging up the blades.
