A few friends and I are into 1/10 RC drift and one of us bought the Sakura D4 which came with these polycarbonate 3Racing tires. A few of us tried them out and really like how durable they are and how easy they are to do well controlled drifting on compared to other common medium to super-hard drift tires. They are considered a super-hard compound which is very accurate as I haven't seen a harder RC drift tire yet. But they still give good control which isn't characteristic of super-hard tires. I would say they are optimal for low to medium-speed drifting on closed courses. You can use them on large open parking lot style courses but they just slide endlessly on high-speed drifting and don't quite give you the grip you would normally want. A t-drift is better suited for that. As of now, these are my overall favorite drift tires on the market!
