This is very pure. I have absolutely no problems taking it (despite problems with everything else I consume on a daily basis - due to food additive intolerances with everything bought). The oil is clear and fresh looking, the bottle is nice too and whilst some may think it expensive, if you have food intolerances like me, then it is worth the price for peace of mind. I cannot absorb the pro-vitamin D3 (due to no gallbladder and too much skin melanin) or indeed vitamin A, or vitamin E. Therefore, as most of these nutrients are synthetic, this product is my only way of getting natures sources of all of these fat absorbing vitamins into my body without any intolerance problems. The capsules are great prefer taking the oil, but i don't have any issues with the capsules. I've been taking cod liver oil since i was a child, it has never repeated on me, this does'nt have a strong flavour anyway. I usually bite into the capsule & throw the case away. Will buy again.
