Great vac - lightweight and efficient
Love this vac, lightweight and good suction, easy to empty. Only bugbears with it are a) the tools constantly fall off when using the vac and b) One end of the hose hangs loose when not in use so it flops around all over the place & drags on the floor. Surely it wouldn't have cost much more to put a clip of some sort on the vac to hold it in place?? Seems good otherwise after 2 months of use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

heavy hoover!

Hoover velocity reach
Decided it was time to upgrade my vac and this is absoloutly brilliant! Not long been delivered and iv already whizzed through my living room and kitchen, excellent suction, not too loud, swivel, and i love the quick change button to do kitchen lino! Its good and its powerful. Picks up better than my old Dyson. People report issue of hose 'flapping about' which really made me laugh as there are slide retention clips on the ends to hold it into place. You just have to actually clip them and then it doesnt flop about! Its not rocket science folks. The machine may be a little heavy for some but I found it fine. Tool storage is good and the machine was a fraction of the price of lesser vacuums from 'higher end' manufacturers. Great value and performance.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

lasted only 1week

Too heavy and cumbersome

With 2 huskies I need a good Hoover .
