The grain is so beautiful and each pattern unique. I have oiled mine with Catskills butchers block oil which really brings out the grain and dries odorless and non tacky. I have just ordered some more boards to put on my coffee table as they also make excellent drinks coasters. Second order received: These beautiful boards arrived with the tangy aroma of having been protected with the finest virgin olive oil. Once more the enriched grain is Nature’s Art preserved in Olive Wood. Pride of place on my coffee table, they are each unique, beautiful and practical.

These boards are absolutely beautiful. The grain of the wood is stunning, the thickness and finish excellent and all in all perfect for creating an interesting and unique table display. Great serving board!
The two boards I received were both lovely quality. Different grains of course as they’re a natural product. One had a particularly beautiful grain pattern. I wouldn’t say either had defects. I’ll be sending them as part of my Christmas hampers to family members.
