I was advised to take this as a gentle aid for IBS & constipation, although the latter is not mentioned as an effect it certainly helps, very gently. Its pricey for the amount you get, I've nearly finished the bottle already & would like to continue as it's the best 'treatment' I've used to date & being all natural ingredients far preferable to all the prescription or off the counter products widely used. I haven't noticed any improvement in stopping flatulence yet (!) but I assume that one must take it on a regular basis for longer than 1 bottle's supply to alter such a condition.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Taken as suggested it has been most helpful in regulating a gastric problem whilst the doctors try to work out the nature of the problem. Great taste but not wise to over indulge. Cannot understand why it is virtually unknown in the UK and not available from even the largest high street retailers of similar health products.
