Good gel pack
This gel pack is really good heated it up in the microwave which was quick and easy. I have been putting it on my sciatica and only been using it a few days it’s helping. gel pack for muscle treatments
purchased to aid recovery from shoulder surgery works well warm or chilled i chose these words carefully avoiding hot& cold reason being i judge by the feel of the plastic outer bag that prolonged exposure to extremes off temps might weaken it over time if i wanted to alternate between hot and cold treatments i would buy 2 and use one for hot the other for cold to prolong there life finally be aware that when placed in the freezer the gel becomes quite stiff i found it would not conform to the curve of my shoulder i would recommend pre- forming to the contour you need (i wrapped mine around a bean can) prior to use to minimise stretching and flexing the plastic once frozen which will eventually cause it to split and break!.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product, does the job.
I bought two, one is kept in the freezer and the other in the kitchen drawer. I used this to help with a calf injury which required hot and cold compress. The one I kept in the drawer I pop into the microwave following the one from the freezer. The gell pack molds to the body and the handy sleeve protects the skin.
