Perfect for getting started making mozzarella
This is a really nicely packaged, well thought-out kit for getting started with making mozzarella. True, it is just a few sachets of stuff with a cheese cloth/strainer and two recipes. However, in this you have everything you need to hand, it's all good quality and the recipes are obviously tried and tested - the Sandy Leaf Farm methods deliver fool-proof top results every time.
