Fantastic way to add natural strawberry flavour
brought this to use in flavouring an Italian meringue based butter cream. Due to the particle size it did not caused the cream to go gritty and gave a beautiful colour to the butter cream. Everyone commented about the flavour in a positive way. Have plenty left so will use in some cupcakes I am making next. Must keep in a airtight container
