bmc Exchanger Air Filter The know-how acquired on the circuits is directly incorporated into the production of series filters, to provide the demanding motorcyclist with a product that has been proven, performs well and is constantly evolving. The materials used are the best currently available on the market. The filters are made of a single rubber frame to prevent breakage. The filter element consists of a special cotton fabric (4 layers) soaked in low-adhesion oil. It is made of an aluminum mesh treated with an epoxy solution to resist gasoline fumes and oxidation. Furthermore, cotton has the advantage of being washed and reusable. These features ensure a greater air flow from the original paper filters, a minimal pressure drop of the incoming air and therefore better engine performance.
