Reduces Triglicerides and Cholesterol
I was out of control with my cholesterol profiles over the last few years. I have been on statin drugs since that time. A friend recommended that I start taking fish oil. At first, I used the Omega 3 products and they did nothing. Then that same friend told me to try one with the 3,6,9 Omega acids. Prior to taking this product, my total cholesterol was 314 and my triglycerides were 409. 6 months later my total cholesterol was 179 and my trigs were 167. My HDL prior to was 31 and my LDL was 102. After, HDL was 64 and LDL was 78. With proper diet, exercise and this product, I have lowered my cholesterol levels to almost perfect ratings.
