Excellent net cage.
Excellent quality netting used in the crafting of this net cage. Far superior to other net cages for sale on Ebay. The netting used is soft and will inevitably cause less damage to the wings of housed Lepidoptera. There's no going back to the cheap cages now. Caterpillar to butterfly
All four caterpillars grew well and emerged as butterflies! Unfortunately they loved their freedom so much I never saw them again. Releasing them by a flowerbed I was hopeful they would hang around. Never mind. Next year I will get them earlier in the season, but I'm hooked! Only reserve was beaker was rather small. Excellent for Simple Butterflies
This product arrives with everything you need - five tiny caterpillars and enough food to let them grow, turning into chrysalises two weeks later, which hang from the roof. Unclip the lid and take out the paper on which they are hanging, and use the double sided tabs to stick it to the roof of a cage (the chrysalises attach very firmly). Then wait.
