  • Good solid product

Good product, works well. My only criticism is that it would be better to have a 1/2" square socket rather than a large hex socket but that's not a show-stopper because you can use a spanner. Note that an aluminium crank can get pretty solidly welded (in some cases literally) to a tapered steel spindle, so you have to be very careful not to strip the threads in the crank. If that happens to you (it's just happened to me!) then it's really annoying but don't blame the tool.

  • Crank puller

I was a bit doubtful about this product due to it being so cheap but I shouldn’t of worried. It worked perfectly. The quality is ok for the price. Perfect for home bicycle mechanic.

  • Just the job

Robust, easy to use. Made a rotten job straight forward. Its the first time I've used one of these, but made crank set a breeze. Glad its part of my tool kit.

  • Throw the spanner away

I've read how people strip threads with these, but they are ok, if arms really tight, you're supposed to nip it up and give the end of extractor a clout with a mallet to break taper, not overtighten it and wreck everything

  • Works well

This is the first one of these I have ever owned so I don't have anything to compare it to. Having said that I found it very easy to use and it worked very well. There were others at much bigger prices so I found this very good value.

  • Bicycle crank wheel puller

Fast postage but the item Is absolutely rubbish. 1st time using the item and the threads just feel apart after using grease to help protect the threads from being damaged and now it’s just pulling itself out when trying to tighten. Wouldn’t buy again
