    Fan and heatsink for T440s

    The fan of my Lenovo T440s started to make noise and worked unreliably. The replacement was easy to do (check Youtube), and now I have a quiet and cool laptop again. It is worth mentioning that there was a thermal pad already on the heatsink, so I did not not even have to mess with thermal paste.
