Fast, quiet and smooth are the facts. A great price for a brand new sata 4 TB, of this quality...
It works wonderfully in my sata 3 external drive. I down loaded thousands of my songs and software on the drive with plenty of room to spare...It was 'brand new' with with 30 minutes run time on it from the factory testing only. It is quiet and super fast for a sata drive. Without any doubts I would buy another one in a minute... You can't go wrong I have worked with and on computers for 20+ years. . The hard -disk is built like a tank. This Hoss is way heavier duty the the whimpey oem sata(s) found in junkie cookie cutter computers.
