Not for everybody
I am a known bruxer and have been wearing mouth guards tailored by my dentist. I have worn down my most recent dentist-made mouth guard and, having seen this item on Ebay with good reviews, decided to go for it. I followed instructions, even did them 5 times hoping for a better fit, but this item was just too small for my mouth, as my upper and lower teeth were not exactly in proportion with each other. It also kept my mouth open when I wore them, which probably was how this thing worked. With my dentist made ones, I could keep my mouth closed. Well, I have worn this item every night for a week now and by morning, my front teeth were sore, like I had been clenching them on something hard instead of silicone. The inner gums on my lower teeth were also sore, with the silicone edges pressing on it while I was bruxing. In conclusion, this item is not for everybody, certainly not for people with teeth and mouth shape/size like mine. It most certainly is not one-size-fits-all. Not what I was looking for
Wish you'd just buy one for half the price. This wasn't what I thought it was, just wanted a soft floppy shield to go over my teeth at night to stop nd teeth grinding but this is rigid hard plastic and is clamped shut and couldn't close my mouth over it, more suited to the rugby field I think. Easy to adjust to shape

They are sports guards, NOT for sleeping!
I think it's a bit wrong to suggest these are for sleeping/teeth grinding. I have boxed before and these are ideal for this purpose. But I bought them to stop me grinding my teeth at night. So can't recommend them for that purpose.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is a DOUBLE Gum Sheild
