work great if you do not cross you legs much
The pads snap into the Quell and the connection keeps coming loose. I cross my legs bumping it just a little and it disconnects. If I spend my day frequently checking connection I get a huge relief from the product but still not sleeping well at night because I cant get it to stay connected. I reached out to see what I was doing wrong, A representative suggests loosening the band, Well that only caused it to disconnect leaving the pads in place and the band to slide down my calf. Like I said HUGE pain relief when able to wear it even reduced medication to twice a day instead of three times, only taking medication to sleep and when i first wake up because nights are still rough.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love Quell but am allergic and getting bad hives
I love Quell, but I have been breaking out in Hives so bad I have trouble breathing. Please send me a return label, so I can return to you forthwith. I am SO SORRY, but I can't put my health at risk Sincerely. Janet I should say the product does work and it did take my pain away but I really truly can't put my health at risk with the hives I must be allergic to the material where the electrodes go. Quell Really Works!
The reviews ARE WRONG when they say, "It's a TENS unit, and it doesn't work because the electrodes are not on the localized pain." Those people are too ignorant to read the science behind it, and try it properly. It stimulates areas in your brain or nervous system to release endorphins which help mask pain ALL OVER YOUR BODY. The spot on the leg is just the best place to wear and transfer those signals through the proper nerve channels. I was ASTONISHED after using the device only two days without taking my usual pain medication. It won't always block 100% of the pain for 100% of the day, but the relief without the side effects of medications is AMAZING. I will be using this device for the rest of my life for my chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. The Sport electrodes are more durable and may last a little longer than 2 weeks. It works!
It really works! I bought this for my husband who has chronic lower back pain due to degenerative discs. He wouldn't take any meds, even anti-inflammatorys, because of the side effects, so he was in a lot of pain and unbearable to live with. Quell - Maybe yes, maybe no
Everyone is different. Some reviews show instant relief for some, and others show no relief. Think I am in the middle. Believe I get SOME relief, but my symptoms probably require something more drastic. A much needed pain relief device that actually works
I have fibromyalgia and multiple spine injuries. The only thing that relieved pain so far has been aqua therapy and it only lasted while in the water. The quell only works while on, but I can sleep with this device on if needed. The only negative thing I can say about the Quell is the electrodes only lasted one week for me instead of the advertised two weeks. I believe the parts that connect the electrodes to the Quell device get loose...so that would be quite an improvement, if the company could address that issue.
