an update to the old " spud " peeler that was in the kitchen drawer Cast your mind back to when you were a child...it may have been your grandparents kitchen drawer or the one in your kitchen but the must go tools were a Tin Opener and a Potato Peeler they both did their job they both stayed the same design and made from the same materials Mild Steel and Wood,,,,,, Then they started to change in the late 70s and most people have a butterfly tin opener and a "Y" type peeler but someone hasnt forgot the old designs and one of them is responsible for this or should l say these peelers Made of Stainless steel and with a sturdy solid plastic handle they have stepped into the 21st century as regards the materials they are made of ...No more jamming of the cutting blade like eventually happens on the Y type....these old style but revamp peeler do a great job...abd the do more peeling than just spuds ..........plus they dont break the bankVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
